Scholarship worth:
The foremost trio of Globe Intellectuals shall receive a remission of tuition fees amounting to a maximum of $20,000. As for those maintaining a Grade Point Average of 80% or higher, the prospect of scholarships reaching up to $2500 awaits them. Subject to maintaining commendable advancement, these accolades are viable for a span of up to three years.
Prospective York Globe Scholar aspirants will also undergo automatic evaluation for the Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies International Student Entrance Scholarship. Eligible candidates wielding a Grade Point Average (GPA) within the range of 90% to 94.9% shall receive an endowment of $2,000; meanwhile, aspirants boasting a GPA of 95% or above shall be entitled to a sum of $3000.

Application directives:
As of now, applications are not being accepted.
Aspiring global applicants have the option to submit their applications through the Ontario Universities Application Centre (OUAC) (should they harbor interest in multiple Ontario Universities) OR opt for the York online application (if their interest solely gravitates towards York). Post submission of the OUAC application, two expressions of intent are requisite:
a. A 400-word exposition delineating the chosen dual major amalgamation and the rationale behind its selection.
b. A 200-word delineation elucidating the envisioned self over the ensuing five years.
The OUAC application and both expressions of intent must be submitted no later than 20 April 2016.
